By accessing or using GiveLink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
GiveLink provides online fundraising tools for nonprofit organizations, including campaign management, donation processing, donor relationship management, and AI-assisted stewardship.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
GiveLink charges a 1% platform fee on each donation processed. Payment processing fees (Stripe) are separate. All fees are disclosed transparently before each transaction.
Organizations using GiveLink must be registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities or equivalent. GiveLink reserves the right to verify tax-exempt status and suspend accounts that cannot demonstrate eligibility.
You may not use the Service for fraudulent fundraising, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. GiveLink reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
GiveLink uses AI to assist with donor stewardship and campaign optimization. AI-generated content is clearly marked. All AI-recommended actions require human approval before execution.
Organizations retain ownership of their data. GiveLink processes data solely to provide the Service. Upon account closure, data export is available for 30 days.
GiveLink is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
