Configure fundraising plays
Enable a fundraising play, choose its autonomy mode, and restore its default settings.

Before you start
- You need access to your organization's agent settings.
- A locked play can be reviewed, but its controls cannot be changed.
Enable or update a play
- Open Agents in the dashboard.
- Select Settings.
- Find Fundraising plays.
- Open the group that contains the work you want to configure: Retention & stewardship, Monthly giving, or Director suite.
- Turn on Enabled for the play.
- Choose an autonomy mode:
- Off prevents the play from running.
- Suggest creates staff work for review.
- Auto allows the supported play action to proceed within its guardrails.
- Confirm that the saved setting remains visible on the card.
Daily action and cost caps are shown for context. They are not edited from this section.
Restore a play's defaults
- Open the play card.
- Select Reset to defaults.
- Wait for the reset to finish.
- Review the enabled state and autonomy mode before leaving the page.
If a card says it was paused by a safety rule, changing the enabled switch does not bypass that pause.
