Use the board thank-you packet
Review a weekly donor call list, export it, and record each thank-you outcome.

Before you start
- The Director suite and board-packet play must be available and enabled for your organization.
- The packet appears after the Monday run finds qualifying gifts from the prior seven days.
Review the packet
- Open Agents, then Board packet.
- Choose the most recent UTC week.
- Review each donor's gift amount, campaign, gift date, context, and call guide.
- Select View donor when you need more relationship history before making the call.
The weekly packet contains no more than five donors. It is fixed when created, so the call list will not change later in the week.
Export a copy
- Open the packet you want to share with staff.
- Select Export PDF.
- Store and share the file according to your organization's donor-data policy.
The export contains donor and gift context. Treat it as confidential fundraising material.
Record call outcomes
- Make the thank-you call using the card's call guide.
- Record Reached, Left message, No answer, or Skip.
- Confirm that the card shows the recorded outcome.
Recording an outcome completes the linked board thank-you task. If a card has no open task, it remains available for reference but cannot accept a new outcome.
